CV និង Cover Letter ចាប់ពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៦ ដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន

ព័ត៌មានក្នុងអត្ថបទនេះជាការអង្កេត និងស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់ខ្ញុំផ្ទាល់។ ខ្ញុំមិនណែនាំឲ្យលោកអ្នកយកទិន្នន័យនេះទៅប្រើប្រាស់ក្នុងការសិក្សា, ការស្រាវជ្រាវ ឬការងារធំ និងសំខាន់ៗ ឡើយ ព្រោះទិន្នន័យរបស់ខ្ញុំមិនមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិគ្រប់គ្រាន់ទេ។ ត្រឹមតែអានដើម្បីបានជាព័ត៌មាន គឺបានហើយ។

ដោយសារតែខ្ញុំចេញធ្វើការដំបូងនៅឆ្នាំ ២០០៦ ទើបខ្ញុំសម្រេចយកឆ្នាំ ២០០៦ ជាវេលាចាប់ផ្តើមការអង្កេត លើ CV និង Cover Letter។

តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៦ ដល់ ២០២៤ មក ខ្ញុំបានសង្កេតឃើញ CV និង Cover Letter មានបីយ៉ាង:

-ដំបូងជាក្រដាស។ បុគ្គលចង់ដាក់ពាក្យធ្វើការ ត្រូវព្រីន CV និង Cover Letter លើក្រដាស រួចយកទៅដាក់នៅស្ថាប័នដែលចង់ដាក់ពាក្យ។

-បន្ទាប់មកជាឌីជីថល និងភាគច្រើនជា PDF។ ដើមឡើយការផ្ញើ CV និង Cover Letter ឌីជីថលនៅមានកម្រិត តែក្រោយមក ជាពិសេសចាប់តាំងពីជំងឺរាតត្បាតកូវីដ ១៩ CV-Cover Letter ជាក្រដាសត្រូវកាត់បន្ថយសឹងតែ ៨០ ភាគរយ ហើយប្តូរមកប្រើ CV-Cover Letter PDF ជំនួសវិញ។

-មួយប្រភេទទៀត ហៅថា online ប៉ុន្តែដូចជាមានតែ CV ច្រើនជាង មិនទាន់ឃើញមាន Cover Letter ទេ។ CV online នេះមានយូរហើយ ដោយត្រូវបានបង្កើតនៅលើគេហទំព័រមួយ គ្រាន់តែ platform របស់គេហទំព័រនោះមិនបង្ហាញឲ្យច្បាស់ថាជា CV ទេ ដោយវាលាយបញ្ចូលជាមួយនឹង platform ជា blog ហើយគេហទំព័រនេះសម្រាប់តែអ្នកជំនាញ និងស្ថាបនិកស្ថាប័នធំៗ៕

CV & Cover Letter from 2006 to 2024

Since I first started working in 2006, I decided to use 2006 as the time to start surveying CV and Cover Letter.

From 2006 to 2024, there are three types of CVs and Cover Letters:

-First is print paper. Anyone who wants to apply for a job must print their CV and cover letter on a piece of paper and take it to the institution where they want to apply.

-Then it is digital and mostly it is PDF. First, using digital CVs and cover letters was limited, but later, especially since the covid 19 pandemic, print CV-Cover Letters were reduced by almost 80 percent and replaced with PDF.

-The other type is called online, but it is more like a CV – no Cover Letter. This CV online has been around for a long time, it was created on a website; however, its platform does not appear to be a CV, as it integrates with the platform as a blog, and this site is only for professionals and founders of large institutions.
