៣. អ្នកដែលចូលចិត្តអួត, អួតសព្វគ្រប់បែបយ៉ាង តាំងពីទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ, ឋានៈ និងមុខងាររបស់ក្រុមគ្រួសារ, អួតថាខ្លួនឯងចេះ, អួតថាខ្លួនឯងខ្លាំង ដែលអ្នកនៅជុំវិញខ្លួនខ្លាំងមិនស្មើ។ល។

3 Kinds of colleague you should be careful when you are a new staff

This is taken from my own experience, but it is not to color anyone or to scare you. It’s a thing that most people who experience in the work society meet, but they don’t wish to point it out.

When you are a new staff member, there will be a lot of colleagues you will meet. However, you have to notice three kinds of colleagues I will describe below since they are kinds you should be careful of. The three of them are:

Who is sweet and behaves like they are your friend from the past life.

Who tells you their personal problems, especially their difficult or sorrowful parts.

Who likes to show off such as how rich they are, how strong they are, how competent they are, and how much love they have towards company.

I can’t tell you in detail and in specific why you should be careful of these people. What I can tell you is they are not honest with you, they are jealous or envy with you but they pretend and act good with you, they like to know about your personal problem in order to talk bad behind you or create a rumor to destroy your image, they want you to be their soldier to work for them and die for them etc.

So, on the early days when you step in a company, if there is any old staff coming near you, don’t believe in them, don’t consider them as your colleague or friend yet, but don’t show them that you are not trusting them. Maintain yourself as a new staff member and try to observe all of them. If they are among the three kinds above, you have to be cautious and don’t believe in what they say or what they do. However, you should keep silent and maintain your behavior. The most important thing, don’t allow your mind to be weak, especially when you see or hear they are having a hard time. It’s good to have a kind heart, but don’t make it to be a tool for the king and queen of drama to use it to gain benefit.
