គ្មានឯកសារណាជាសម្អាងក្រៅពីសៀវភៅវចនានុក្រមខ្មែរឡើយ។ ហើយនៅពេលដែលខ្ញុំបើកមើល ខ្ញុំក៏បានឃើញការពន្យល់ដូចក្នុងរូបខាងក្រោមនេះ។
តាមរយៈភស្តុ័តាងមួយនេះ ខ្ញុំអាចកំណត់យ៉ាងជាក់ច្បាស់ថា កាលណាគេនិយាយដល់ថ្មដែលត្រូវបានដូនតាពីបុរាណប្រើសម្រាប់ឆ្លាក់អក្សរលើ ដែលពាក្យផ្លូវការហៅថា សិលាចារឹក ត្រូវសរសេរ ចារឹក (ស្រៈអឹ) មិនមែន ចារិក (ស្រៈអិ) ឡើយ៕

Inscription should be “សិលាចារឹក” or “សិលាចារិក”?
The inscription in Khmer word is “សិលាចារឹក”. But I saw some people or book wrote “សិលាចារិក”.
To know which one is correct spelling, I decided to check in Khmer dictionary and I found this explanation as you can see in the photo above.
Through this evidence, I can determine if we want to talk about a stone which people in the past used to write on its surface, it is called “សិលាចារឹក” in Khmer language and the right spelling is “សិលាចារឹក” not “ចារិក”.
